Full Grooming
A full pet grooming for your dog or cat service will include a Bath & Blow dry, Trimming & Styling, Ear cleaning, Nail clipping, Paw trimming and Anal Gland cleaning.
Depending on your pet’s breed, some pets are not required for full grooming such as Pug or Boston Terrier.
For Tidy, we recommend this every month. First, we brush out the fur to reduce tangles, and second, we will ensure pets have the cleanest hair possible.
Wash & Tidy
Your pet’s wash and tidy service should last at least 30 minutes dependent on dog breed and size, and the enjoyment level of your pet! A thorough clean is our aim and this takes some tender care or serious elbow action from our dedicated Groomers.
We use fresh warm water and your choice of specialist shampoo treatments to wash your dog, being extra careful around sensitive areas like the ears and eyes. Our shampoo range is exclusive to Blue Wheelers and has been thoroughly researched and produced by professionals.
All of this delightful pampering concludes with DC Pets’s signature cologne – our crowning glory!
Wash & Dry
Compared with the wash and tidy service, in cold weather, especially in winter, pets can’t catch a cold after a comfortable bath. At this time, wash & dry will become very important. DC Pets has a professional pet drying room, which allows pets to quickly dry themselves up after bathing, thus avoiding colds!
Spa
We also have a variety of spas that you can choose for your pet~ There is the scented/fragrance spa, which can make your pet smell incredible, of course, these scents will not bother the pets and are beneficial as it is made to target pets with skin conditions. This spa treatment can reduce their reliance on drugs and restore their health. We also provide deep-cleansing products if the pet requires the extra treatment. Each spa had different benefits.
Dental Cleansing
80% of dogs and 70% of cats over 3 years old have some form of periodontal (dental) disease. Dental disease causes bad breath (halitosis) and pain, it is also a source of infection and can make your pet seriously ill.
Dental disease is preventable in the vast majority of cases and in most cases, easy to achieve at home. There are many different methods to keep your pet’s “pearly white” teeth and these should be started while they are puppies and kittens.
For adult cats and dogs with existing dental disease, a dental treatment with a scale and polish under general anaesthetic is often necessary to get their mouth back into top condition. This will allow us to start prevention with a clean mouth which needs to be continued at home to hopefully prevent, or slow down dental disease developing again in the future.
