How often do I need to book grooming services for my pet?
For Tidy, we recommend this every month. First, we brush out the fur to reduce tangles, and second, we will ensure pets have the cleanest hair possible.

Do pets need to have their nails trimmed frequently?
We recommend that pets need to trim their nails regularly. The length of the nails completely affects the pet’s walking and health. The nails should not exceed the pads, otherwise it means that the pet is walking on the nails, meaning that it is very painful, causing them to feel uncomfortable, and they will keep lick their feet. This can cause complication and the surrounding hair would become red.

Why is the oral health of pets important?
Dental disease is preventable in the vast majority of cases and in most
cases, easy to achieve at home. There are many different methods to keep your
pet’s “pearly white” teeth and these should be started while they are
puppies and kittens.
For adult cats and dogs with existing dental disease, a dental
treatment with a scale and polish under general anaesthetic is often necessary
to get their mouth back into top condition. This will allow us to start
prevention with a clean mouth which needs to be continued at home to hopefully
prevent, or slow down dental disease developing again in the future.

Are DC Pets facilities, products and staff reliable?
We provide the safest pet drying facilities for pets that cannot be blow-dried, these facilities are rated ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for safety. However, if the owners do not wish their pets to go into the pet drying box, we will do our best to blow dry the pet’s fur with a hair dryer.
*Some pets cannot be blow-dried as it can cause a lot of skin problems, therefore we have invested in these technologies to ensure the pets are healthy.
